And so, I’m leaning in. My private practice will embrace the intersection of authenticity, life and leadership. I will help women—primarily—rediscover and embrace their truest selves, make bold decisions and close the gap between their lives and the one they wished they lived. Men are always welcome, of course.
As an ICF-accredited executive coach, my approach is rooted in empathy and understanding. Together, we navigate the blind spots, fostering self-awareness that drives meaningful growth.
What makes me unique: Most of my clients will tell you that I see patterns and relationships in what seems like chaotic bits, make sense of it, connect dots and then offer insights in ways that create insights that inspire action and positive outcomes.
Sometimes, these insights are strategically prickly—temporarily irritating—designed to catapult you beyond your limitations and help you see what you alone cannot see.
For the executives reading… Being at the top can feel incredibly isolating and lonely. Your staff and colleagues are unlikely to be forthcoming about your performance, nor are they the right audience to help you manage your stress.
This is where I come in. You need a safe place to work through the chaos in your mind. You also deserve someone with the experience to speak truth to power – exposing what no one else will tell you.
In general, my clients are ready to level up. In doing so, they gain the confidence to engage and inspire their teams to optimize performance and create extraordinary outcomes.
When we live up to our potential, our world changes. By showing up wholeheartedly and powerfully, we inspire others to do the same, creating awesomeness.
On a personal note, I’m a deep listener, profoundly empathic, powerfully intuitive, sometimes sweary and funny, and always eager to dive into the deep end of transformation.
HI, I’M TINA.
Recently, a few people (men and women) have commented on my authenticity and expressed a desire to be more authentic in their personal and professional lives. This surprised me because while I strive to live authentically, I have also struggled to get there and questioned myself. A LOT. I’ve struggled with my identity, worthiness, sense of belonging, feeling overwhelmed, guilt (so much guilt), exhaustion, and general loneliness. I’m not suggesting that I have it all figured out, but my journey has made me feel more confident, clear, stable, fulfilled, and at peace. As a coach, I’ve often felt pulled in 2 specific directions – leadership and organizational excellence, and the other where life meets leadership authentically and meaningfully. There’s a ton of overlap, but their identities feel separate somehow.
